Assembly Meetings Business meetings are held at the Council Hall at 7:00 PM on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. About the Assembly The New Bern Council was founded April 18, 1980. Member Councils of the Assembly are New Bern Council #3303, Kinston Council #4464, and Washington Council #9364.
